Because of the complexities of today's real estate market, knowledge and experience may be the best guarantees you can have to insure a successful real estate transaction. The following will attest to some of my success in this industry as well as my involvement in the community. Professionalism I have been Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Preferred Realty since 1989. My professional accomplishments include serving as President, Vice President and Secretary-Treasurer of the Greenville-Pitt Association of Realtors and as a Director of the N.C. Association of Realtors. I am currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Greenville-Pitt Association of Realtors and MLS Chairman. Experience I have over 22 years of real estate experience and hold the ABR, CRS, and GRI designations. I have been a multi-million dollar producer and have been recognized for ourstanding sales achievement each year since 1989. Awards I have been honored to receive several awards for my service to the Greenville-Pitt Association of Realtors including the President's Award in 2001 and the Realtor of the Year in 2000. I also won the coveted "Hustle" award in 1995 from RE/MAX of the Carolinas and the "Spirit Award" in 2003 from RE/MAX of the Carolinas. I was awarded the prestigious Governor's Volunteer Award in 1985 for service to the community. Service Experience has allowed me to surround myself with competent and qualified service professionals. Whether you need a home inspector, carpenter, plumber, decorator or attorney, I know just the person who can do the job for you. Community Involvement My current community involvement includes serving as Chairman of the Pitt County Community School's and Recreation Advisory Council. In the past I have served in a variety of community positions including PTA President, Girl Scount leader, Chairman of the City's Bicycle Commission, Chairman of the Art's Council, Chairman of Friends of the Theatre and Chairman of the Adventure's in Health Children's Museum, to name a few. Personal I am married to Bob Morrison, who is a Chemistry Professor at East Carolina University, and we have a daughter, Deborah, who recently completed her Ph.D. and teaches at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. We also have two grandchildren, Dana and Kyle, and a son-in-law, Keith. |
